Our focus at IndiaMLS is complete customer satisfaction. We provide all our clients / members one full year to use the MLS system without any risk. In the event you are displeased with the IndiaMLS product or services provided, we will refund back 100% of your subscription fee per the terms outlined in this Cancellation Policy. Please read the complete description of each membership package before purchasing it. It provides all the details about the MLS software you are subscribing to. You may also contact the company and speak with one of our representatives to answer any questions you may have.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their subscription, and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
IndiaMLS provides a “Satisfaction Guarantee” to each subscriber which allows each user the ability to receive a full refund of their subscription fees if they are not satisfied with the IndiaMLS software or services after a period of one full year.
For Cancellations please contact IndiaMLS support via support@IndiaMLS.com and submit your request to cancel.
Requests must be received within fifteen (15) calendar days after to the end of the one-year anniversary from the date of signing to be eligible for a full refund. Any requests received more than fifteen days after the one-year anniversary will not qualify for the Satisfaction Guarantee.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our product / service we can provide a refund per the terms of our Cancellation Policy outlined above.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and to the same name or account that has been registered with IndiaMLS at time of signing.
If paid by check or bank transfer (NEFT), refunds will be issued to customer via company check, and to the same name that has been registered with IndiaMLS at time of signing.
